Leakmama respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This page explains how to submit a copyright infringement notice under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).

1. How to submit a DMCA notice

If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice that includes the following:

  • Your full name and contact information (email address, phone number, and mailing address).
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a representative list).
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Service (URLs are required).
  • A statement that you have a good‑faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Send notices to: [email protected]

2. What happens next

  • We will review your notice for completeness and may request additional information.
  • When appropriate, we may remove or disable access to the material.
  • We may notify the uploader/account associated with the content.

3. Counter‑notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter‑notification. A counter‑notification should include:

  • Your name, address, and phone number.
  • Identification of the material removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good‑faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your address (or where we are located) and that you will accept service of process from the complaining party.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Send counter‑notifications to: [email protected]

4. Repeat infringer policy

In appropriate circumstances, we may suspend or terminate accounts that are repeat infringers or repeatedly violate our Terms.

5. Important notes

  • Submitting false or misleading claims may result in liability.
  • We may share notices and counter‑notices with the parties involved and as required by law.
